When to Call vs. Use the Form

Call if water is actively flowing, if there is standing water in your home right now, if it is outside business hours, or if anything about the situation feels time-sensitive. The dispatch line is staffed 24/7 — there is no scenario where calling at 3am is wrong.

Use the form for non-urgent questions, free estimates on damage that has already been stabilized, insurance coverage questions, or to schedule an assessment of past damage you are concerned about. We respond to form submissions within an hour during business hours and the next morning for after-hours messages.

What Happens When You Call

1. A live dispatcher answers — never voicemail, never an automated menu.
2. The dispatcher gathers the basics: your address, the type of damage, the current status (still flooding, water already out, etc.), and whether anyone needs to leave the structure for safety.
3. The nearest available partner contractor is dispatched based on your zip code and current crew availability.
4. You get an ETA and the name of the contractor coming to your home, plus their direct number if you need to reach them en route.
